o que ouvi enquanto fotografei / what i heard while photographing this

EN: Photographing "anxiety" is like photographing a longtime friend, I already know her from all angles, I already know what she means without telling me anything.

When I took these photos, I returned to the dark: that crisis was so big that I couldn't even walk and my parents had to meet me in Lisbon and take me to Montemor; the panic attack inside a bus where the driver didn't want to stop for me to get some air and I still had 3 hours to go; the time I ended up in the hospital because I thought I couldn't take it anymore... And every time anxiety arrives brutish, without care, it tears everything raw.

I hope I can convey to you the affliction, anguish, shortness of breath and the dissociation of body and mind (and I also hope that the next word will be more joyful).
