FAQ
Are all pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is created manually by me using real materials, such as printed photography, pressed leaves, film, embroidery and paper/canvas. From time to time, I also release print collections.
Are the artworks reproduced, or is each piece unique?
The original pieces are one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated, as they include real materials (leaves, film, embroidery, texture). Once sold, they will not be recreated.
However, some artworks may live on through Fine Art Prints, printed on high-quality cotton paper, allowing the image to be shared, while the original artwork remains unique and irreplaceable.
Does the artwork come framed?
Unless clearly stated in the listing, the frame is not included.
However, I provide suggestions for suitable frames (such as box frames or shadow box frames) in the description.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes! I can create personalised pieces using:

How long does shipping take?
🇩🇰 Denmark: 1–3 business days
🇪🇺 European Union: 3–7 business days

Do you accept returns?
Each piece is entirely handmade and one-of-a-kind. For that reason, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a shipping issue, please contact me. I’m always happy to help with a replacement or refund.
How is the artwork packaged? Is it protected?
Each piece is carefully packaged using protective paper, rigid cardboard, and a sturdy box.
All orders include a tracking number for safe monitoring during shipping.
Are the materials (leaves, embroidery, paper) delicate?
Yes . I recommend keeping the piece framed, in a dry environment, and away from direct sunlight. I always include care instructions with each artwork.
Are the colours and textures exactly the same as in the photos?
The photos show the piece as accurately as possible, but slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen display. The embroidery texture, pressed leaves, and film are even more beautiful in person.
Can I offer this as a gift?
Yes! I can ship directly to the recipient, with a handwritten personalised note. Just let me know in your message before shipping.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in two stages: half at the time of ordering, and the other half when the piece is ready, before shipping or delivery. The piece is never sent until full payment has been received.
